Personal Training

Personal trainers typically become personal trainers out of a passion for being healthy, fit and active. It's a job that starts out with heart, motivation and a love for all things fitness. The trick is, keeping it that way as well as fun and interesting! That is what I am here to do for you.

By definition, a personal fitness trainer is a fitness professional possessing the knowledge, skills and abilities for safe and effective exercise and fitness program design, instruction and assistance for the purpose of reaching personal health and fitness goals. The good: trainers are more recognized as being a real and active part of individual goal setting and achieving. Passion, purpose, caring and coaching – these qualities make a far greater impact than the size of a trainer's biceps.

Below is a list of the Top Qualities you should look for in a good personal trainer.  These qualities are manditory for all Personal Trainers that work in our Facility.

1.   Knowledge of human anatomy and the concepts of functional exercise, basic nutrition and basic exercise science

2.   An ability to design individual and group exercise programs tailored to the needs and attainable goals of specific clients

3.   An ability to conduct and understand the need and importance of screening and client assessment, initially and progressively

4.   An ability to execute individual fitness program design in a safe and effective way

5.  A desire to help clients reach their health and fitness goals through appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance exercise

6.   An ability to motivate others to improve their overall fitness and health

7.   A dedication to maintaining personal integrity and your own health and fitness

 A good personal trainer delivers safe, effective, fun and interesting workouts to all fitness-training clients.

Brian Chase CFT, Director of Personal Training has also been a Physical Therapy Aide since 2002. Over the years he has learned many different exercise routines to help patients during their rehabilitation process. Brian has become a Certified Fitness Trainer through the ISSA (International Sport Science Association) and has been named a Master of Fitness Design Honoree from NY Strength in New York City.

                                        Mon/Wed/Fri 4:00-8:00 PM

                                     Sat: 8:00-9:00 AM, 1:00-3:00 PM

                                     1 Session= $60/Session - $60

                                  10 Sessions= $50/Session - $500

                                  20 Sessions= $40/Session - $800

                                  30 Sessions= $35/Session - $1050

                                        Group Session (2 people)

                                       1 Session= $45 each - $90

                                    10 Sessions= $35 each - $700

                                    20 Sessions= $30 each - $1200

                                    30 Sessions= $25 each - $1500
